Ballroom, Banquet, Wedding, and Meeting Facility

Our Ballroom has a beautiful lakeside location at 302 Pebble Creek Drive in the heart of the Kildaire Farms subdivision in Cary, NC. The Ballroom has 1,700 sq. ft. of space, a full kitchen, oak flooring, vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace and a wrap-around deck overlooking the lake. This facility is a must see before your next engagement.

We host a wide variety of groups such as weddings, parties, receptions, graduations and meetings. You can choose just how formal or informal you would like your party to be since you can select the caterer, band, DJ, and decorations suitable for your function.

We have compiled a preferred caterer's list, which consists of high-quality and reputable caterers in the Raleigh, Cary, and Apex area. There are some sample menus of these fine catering businesses, offering everything from deli sandwiches to lobster tail. Although you are not obligated to use any of these caterers when renting the ballroom, we highly recommend one of them for your function.

Ballroom, Banquet, Wedding, and Meeting Facility Arrangements

The ballroom is available on a daily basis (10:00 AM to 6:00 AM the following day) Monday through Sunday all year long.

Members of the Kildaire Farms Racquet & Swim Club may rent the Ballroom, Banquet, Wedding, and Meeting Facility for $350, non-members for $695.

A basic clean up of the facility as well as 6 tables and 75 folding chairs are also provided as part of the rental agreement.
